N2 Background: Rights based approaches for conducting research with children and young people are now widely accepted by those working in the field. Walk in Interviews for Empanelment of Asst. Over the past year, I've met with more than 80 activists, leaders, self advocates, and funders who focus on people with disabilities. For example, a person with mobility issues may not necessarily be able to take on a role as a truck driver, or someone with hearing problems might need special assistance in order to work in a classroom environment.
